  • Medication ships once payment is completed

After your clinic is approved, administrators can add users within KYZATREX Direct.
This allows your care team to manage KYZATREX prescriptions efficiently.

Providers may add Epiq Scripts as a dispensing pharmacy within their EMR using the information below. Once added, prescriptions for KYZATREX can be sent directly through your EMR to Epiq Scripts.
